How much money should a teenager be allowed to spend on clothing yearly?

my mother and father ignore me when I tell them that I need clothing. There so cheap when things concern me but they go off and spend 3,000,000 on a house. They are always buying expensive things that they simply do not need. I asked my mother to buy me some new bras the other day and she just said okay and walked away and I know that she wont take me so I have to do laundry every 3-4 days. She said that my budget was $200 in the fall and $200 in spring but she is always telling me that I spent it all when I haven't. My friends know that I'm well off, but I have to wear the same shirt once every week. People make fun of me behind my back. My mom is anti-brand name anything and doesn't understand anything. I thought my dad would understand because he's in the fashion business and sells mens high end clothing, (a tie in is store is $200+) I don't know what to do, this is taking a tole on my self eestem. You must think I'm a brat after this, but I'm just upset. I can't get a job because my parents wont let me, and I do chores but they wont pay me. help?!
