Help I am so confused with adobe flash player??

OKay I need to get adobe flash player for my comp. sooo I get on the website and click on the version, I have a dell mini, well I clicked on .deb for Ubuntu for 8.04+ but the other options were YUM for linux, .tar.gz for linux and .rpm for linux, I click the ubuntu one cause that is my brand I think, anywho when I clicked it and downloaded it it says wrong architecture i386, help what should I click and do?
