Delta International flight food service- What's it like?

I'm taking a flight on Delta, and one leg will be Seattle to Osaka, 12 hours. I'm in Coach, and the ticket says it serves lunch. What kind of food can I expect? Is it any good? They didn't mention snacks or any other meals, but it is 12 hours, would there be any chance of more than just one meal?
