Why do so many people think this?

Choo-Choo not every "bad" marriage is really bad, many just hit rough patches. Yes if it is abusive one should get out but many are just stressed. People often underestimate how much time, money and energy are needed for the investment especially when there are children involved. Marriage is further strained by both parties having no stigma to stray or stay together. Marriage has always been a building block of our society and many maybe most are worth saving. Do you really think escapism is the answer? You are not so worldly or experienced. I have been you but you have a ways to go to be me.
