Where can I find a gummi brush?

OK, I was watching How It's Made and they were showing how toothbrushes were made. One of the brushes was made with a gel that resembles a gummi bear in texture and they called it the gummi brush. I have been looking at the websites of the big companies (Oral-B, Crest, Colgate) and they don't have it. Am I better off just going to the store and looking?
