My ex-wife filed MFS while we were still married. She used all the deductions. Now IRS is after me. recourse?

The problem seems like apparently you didn't file your own take return and IRS is asking you to file. Since your X filed MFS you were probably not aware a return for you was not filed. What letter did you receive? Or did you actually file a return? Call IRS at the phone listed on your letter.
