Moving violation and allstate in texas?

I got a speeding ticket for going 12 mph over the speed limit. I paid my ticket and signed up for deferred adjudication, but failed to complete it. From what i understand the ticket goes on my record right? I wont be arrested? Also, I am with allstate insurance, does anyone know how my premium will be affected?
