ok..well im a normal weight..but i excorseise and eat healthy...but i loose weight then gain weight like a yoyo..and its gotten to to point were i cryed because i hate my body...im not fat..im just chubby...and i hate seeing skinny ppl...and i just want to loose weight soooo bad..and no diets work!!!...would i start only loosing weight it i only ate apple sause..like for breakfast lunch and dinner..and walked for a halfhour everyday..?would i loose weight...and would i stop yoyoing
