Info on finding cigar manufacturers/factories?

i was in the process of opening a small retail cigar store in iowa, and after checking distributor prices in iowa and the incredibly high taxes, i have decided to be a distributor myself...the license difference here is only about 100.00 more and a 1000.00 surety bond...so with this license i am able to buy cigars direct from factories/manufacturers....how do i find them?...when i google i think i am finding other distributors, like j.r.'s...are they a distributor?....how do i proceed here?...any info, thanks, bil
