I have an old Par Master putter. Model Excel G1070. Can anyone tell me about this club? Manufacturer? How old?

It has a br head, off set hozel, what looks like simulated wood insert (epoxy?) on the back of the club. The grip looks like original with an embosed logo shield with 'M H' inside it. ANy help will be appreciated, Thanks.
