I have a 1:30 appt. at UCLA tomorrow, will I have problems getting around the Michael Jackson Memorial Service?

I will be taking the 405 from Orange County and exiting on Westwood Blvd. I must be there by 1:30p.m. and I absolutely MUST get back to North Orange County by 5pm. What do local LA folks think? Will I make it or should I reschedule this appointment (which would be the 3rd time)? Thanks!!
