Don't want to stray too far from my diet?

I don't think that should be too bad, and eating a little more than usual occasionally isn't a bad thing at all-- just eat a little less, and healthier, throughout the day. Is the baked potato really necessary though? It just seems like a lot of heavy food-- so be really mindful of your eating and level of fullness, and be sure not to eat something just because it's there.
