Absolutely...I could add about a hundred examples to your list that support the argument that we aren't anywhere near a Christian theocracy...that we're actually running quite rapidly in the opposite direction. The sub-group that would like a theocracy is vocal but I agree that it isn't a huge group. More importantly, they are so out of touch with reality (both the reality of this world and the reality of what Jesus instructed them to do), that they don't have a snowball's chance in hell of turning this country into a Christian theocracy.
