Civic 2k3,overheating,white vapor created hole in the plastic radiator nec/no white or blue smoke from exhaust?

Sounds like your radiator is broken. Replace the radiator after you've determined there is no problem with the head gasket and there are no cracks in the combustion chambers. A smog check probe will detect the presence of escaped gas from the combustion chambers into the cooling system at the mouth of the radiator. If that turns out to be a problem too, that will be the reason the radiator cracked in the first place.
